RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

 

We take customer support very seriously and pride ourselves on assisting you with your eBike conversion needs. With industry-leading customer and technical support standards, you can expect prompt responses and personalized solutions. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with our Returns and Refunds Policy outlined below:

CYCMOTOR LTD operates under a no-return policy since each kit is programmed and assembled according to your specifications upon purchase. As such, returns are not allowed unless the following conditions are met: the item/s should be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Additionally, you will be responsible for two-way shipping costs, a 30% restocking fee, a 10% handling fee, and the cost of replacing any components deemed used or damaged by an official CYCMOTOR LTD staff member.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@cycmotor.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your package. Returns without prior approval or requests made after 30 days since receipt of the product/s will not be accepted. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after the returned item/s have been inspected at the CYCMOTOR LTD headquarters in Hong Kong.

Damages & Issues:

Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can address and rectify the issue. Please refer to CYC's user manual for instructions on checking your kit's functionality and for a parts list.

All items undergo inspection and testing before shipment. In the event of a user identifying a faulty component before, during, or after installation, an official CYCMOTOR LTD staff member will inspect and troubleshoot the component. CYCMOTOR LTD reserves the right to replace only the faulty component/s, not the entire kit.

CYCMOTOR LTD will not support or warranty any product performance issues or damages resulting from unauthorized firmware loading or unauthorized modifications.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Given our pre-shipment inspection, certain products cannot be returned or replaced under warranty. These include wires, wiring harnesses, bolts and screws, spacers, lock nuts, and connectors.

Exchanges:

CYCMOTOR LTD does not accept exchanges post-shipping unless the item is in its received condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Exchanges must be approved prior to shipping, with you being responsible for the two-way shipping costs and any additional payments, if applicable. Approval for exchanges can be requested via email to support@cycmotor.com. The final decision to accept or reject the exchange lies with the designated CYCMOTOR LTD staff member. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after the item/s have been inspected at our Hong Kong headquarters (a 10% handling fee applies).

Refunds:

Please remember that bank or financial entity processing times for refunds may vary. Note that a 10% handling fee will be deducted. Upon receipt and inspection of your returned or swapped out items, we will inform you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, you'll be refunded via your original payment method.

Order Changes:

CYCMOTOR LTD accepts changes to your order before the final packaging confirmation, which should be communicated to our support team as soon as possible. Final packaging confirmation is when our support team sends you a pre-shipment email to verify your order and shipping address. Any changes post this point will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Purchases from a CYC Dealer:

CYC authorized dealers may operate under different terms and conditions. If you experience any issues with your product/s and did not purchase the kit directly from us, please consult with the appropriate dealer. Thank you.
