X1 PRO fits on more than 95% of existing bike frame. (Please refer to the FAQ on how to choose your Bottom bracket options.)

X1 PRO is designed to be used in extreme terrain. Thus a high ground clearance is needed. With traditional BB mounted motor like BBS series, the ground clearance is sacrificed and the motor is usually at the lowest point which is closest to the ground.

With X1 PRO unique design, it is able to install high up from the ground, especially in the modern bike frame with a curved downtube. You can also choose to install the X1 PRO within the triangular frame (need to mount the controller separately with this option), making the X1 PRO the best machine for E-MTB conversion.

There are also three chainring options so you can achieve same ground clearance as you get from your mountain bike before conversion. (Please refer to the FAQ on how to choose your Chainring options.)

The Gen 2 X1 PRO has a BB92 Version which has a spot on chainline. BB92 Pressfit frame is common in modern mountain bike frame. It is typically very difficult to convert BB92 bike into electric due to the offset chainline. The BB92 is designed to be direct fit and with a perfect chainline of 51mm. 

When designing the X1 PRO, we are considering the modern frame and geometry. X1 PRO is the only motor system that keeps up with the modern bike frame standard and geometry.

instantly switch between modes

The stock controller of X1 PRO allows you to set three modes.

To switch between modes instantly, long press the up button on the round color display. We have three modes set before shipment. Including Ludicrous, US legal and EU legal mode. 

In each mode, you can customize the settings via the app, including the maximum power, throttle response rate, PAS level, PAS on/off, etc. 

We have the most comprehensive programming ability with the new app and controller. Simplified yet comprehensive for most functions needed. Thus it is suitable for daily commute and trail riding.

Torque sensor and throttle equipped

X1 PRO comes with both Torque sensor and throttle.

 

Torque sensor is used in pedal assist mode. The torque sensor measures how hard and how fast you pedal, and calculate how much power the motor should output correspondingly. You can read your own power via mobile app to monitor your exercise rate. You can also customize the proportion of the motor power output in case you want to change the ratio of assist.

There are two throttle options. One is half twist and one is thumb. Please refer to the FAQ on how to choose the suitable throttle options.

light weight and unlimited power

The maximum power of X1 PRO is measured at 5kW at 72V, and the motor system is highly efficient. The efficiency gives a much longer range and thus you can carry a much smaller batteries.

At 5kW and throttle mode you will be able to ride your ebike like a strong electric dirt bike. The ultralight weight system still enables extreme power and torque output. If you use a strong downhill bike as a donor bike for X1 PRO, it will be a very capable offroad machine. Putting them side by side with popular choice like Sur Ron, the X1 PRO equipped DH would outperform both in weight, efficiency and power capability. 

Most importantly, the ebike after conversion still looks like a typical e-MTB which allows you to enter most of the trails.
